These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Private Pilot Ventures website, consultation services, downloadable resources and related communication channels. By accessing this website, submitting a form, requesting a guide, contacting us or using any consultation service, you agree to these Terms.
Private Pilot Ventures provide services like advisory, educational and informational in nature.
1. Nature of Services
Private Pilot Ventures provides private aviation consultation, PPL journey guidance and PPL Full Programme Support. Services may include general guidance on the Private Pilot Licence pathway, training planning, flying school selection considerations, cost understanding, documentation planning, process awareness, aviation career discussions and post-PPL opportunities.
Important: Private Pilot Ventures is not a DGCA-approved Flight Training Organisation, flying school, aircraft operator, charter operator, regulator, medical authority, employment agency, legal adviser, financial adviser or investment adviser.
2. No Flight Training or Licence Issuance
Private Pilot Ventures does not provide flight training, flight instruction, aircraft operation, simulator instruction, ground school certification, flight test approval, medical certification, regulatory approval, aircraft maintenance, aircraft charter, aircraft leasing or licence issuance.
Only authorised regulators, approved training organisations, authorised instructors, aviation medical examiners and competent authorities can provide official approvals, training, testing, certification or licensing decisions.
3. PPL Full Programme Support
PPL Full Programme Support is an advisory support service intended to help clients understand the PPL journey, prepare questions, compare options, plan documentation, understand indicative costs and timelines, and make more informed decisions. It does not replace a flight school, instructor, regulator, medical examiner or official training programme.
Any guidance provided is based on available information, practical experience and general aviation understanding. Final decisions remain solely with the client.
4. Paid Consultations
Private Pilot Ventures may offer paid consultations. Consultation fees, duration, mode of consultation and scope will be communicated before booking where applicable.
- Consultations are advisory and informational.
- Consultations do not guarantee any specific outcome.
- Consultations may be delivered by phone, video call, WhatsApp, email or another mutually agreed mode.
- You are responsible for providing accurate information relevant to your enquiry.
5. Rescheduling and Refunds
Rescheduling may be allowed with reasonable prior notice, subject to availability. If you need to reschedule, you should contact us before the scheduled consultation time.
Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been delivered.
If a consultation is missed without prior notice, rescheduling or refund eligibility will be determined at the sole discretion of Private Pilot Ventures. If Private Pilot Ventures needs to reschedule due to unavoidable circumstances, an alternate time will be offered.
6. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Private Pilot Ventures does not guarantee:
- Admission to any flying school
- Selection by any training organisation
- DGCA approval or licensing outcome
- Class 1 or Class 2 medical approval
- Exam success
- Flight test success
- Completion of PPL within a particular time
- Completion within a particular cost
- Availability of aircraft, instructors or flying slots
- Employment, career progression or aviation business success
- Aircraft ownership, syndicate or investment outcome
7. Accuracy of Information
We aim to provide useful and practical information. However, aviation regulations, DGCA requirements, flight school policies, medical standards, aircraft availability, fees, fuel prices, training timelines and operational conditions can change. Information on the website or in consultations may not always reflect the latest official position.
You must verify current requirements directly with official authorities, relevant flight schools, aviation medical examiners and qualified professionals before making decisions.
8. Cost and Timeline Estimates
Any cost, fee, duration or timeline mentioned on the website, in guides, in consultations or in communication is indicative only. Actual costs and timelines may vary significantly due to aircraft type, school pricing, fuel cost, weather, instructor availability, aircraft serviceability, individual learning pace, continuity of training, documentation delays, medical status, regulatory requirements and other factors.
No cost estimate should be treated as a quotation, promise, guarantee or financial commitment.
9. Medical Information
Any discussion about aviation medicals, Class 1 Medical, Class 2 Medical or DGCA medical process is for general awareness only. It is not medical advice. You must consult authorised aviation medical examiners and official DGCA sources for medical eligibility, examination, documentation and certification decisions.
10. Flying School and Third-Party Services
Private Pilot Ventures may discuss flying schools, aircraft types, airports, instructors, training models or aviation service providers for informational purposes. Such discussion does not constitute an endorsement, warranty, guarantee or representation unless explicitly stated in writing.
Private Pilot Ventures currently does not receive referral fees, affiliate commissions or aviation business commissions from flight schools or aviation businesses. If this changes in the future, relevant disclosures may be added.
11. Client Responsibility
You are responsible for your own decisions, including decisions relating to flight training, school selection, payments, travel, accommodation, documentation, medical examinations, regulatory applications, aircraft ownership, investment, business formation or aviation career planning.
You agree to independently verify all material information before acting on it.
12. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading or unlawful information
- Misuse contact forms or communication channels
- Attempt to damage, overload, hack or disrupt the website
- Copy, reproduce or commercially exploit website content without permission
- Use the website for unlawful, abusive or fraudulent purposes
- Impersonate another person or organisation
13. Intellectual Property

If Private Pilot Ventures introduces user accounts, community features, member profiles, forums, comments or discussion areas in the future, users will be responsible for the content they post. Private Pilot Ventures may moderate, remove or restrict content that is misleading, abusive, unlawful, promotional, unsafe, defamatory or inconsistent with the purpose of the community.
User-generated content will not necessarily reflect the views of Private Pilot Ventures.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Private Pilot Ventures shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, financial, reputational or operational loss arising from your use of the website, consultations, guides, information, third-party services or aviation-related decisions.
This includes losses relating to flight school selection, training costs, licensing outcomes, medical outcomes, exam results, delays, travel, payments to third parties, aircraft ownership, aviation investments, business opportunities or reliance on information provided.
17. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Private Pilot Ventures from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising out of your use of the website, misuse of information, breach of these Terms, violation of law or decisions made based on website or consultation information.
18. Third-Party Links
The website may include links to third-party websites, services, regulators, aviation resources or external documents. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, availability, policies or services.
19. Force Majeure
Private Pilot Ventures will not be responsible for failure or delay in service caused by events outside reasonable control, including technical failures, internet outages, illness, travel disruption, regulatory changes, government action, natural events, platform outages or other unforeseen circumstances.
20. Termination or Refusal of Service
Private Pilot Ventures may refuse, suspend or terminate service or communication where a user provides false information, behaves abusively, misuses the service, requests unlawful assistance or acts in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.
